WELLBEING

BOE recognises the importance of employee wellbeing and has resources and initiatives to support our team’s physical and mental health. These can be found via our internal Wellbeing @OEG website.

 

One of BOE’s key initiatives is EAP, a proactive wellbeing program with regular wellbeing checks, a library of resources to build wellbeing for self and support others, and free coaching calls.

 

Converge is also our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) which includes confidential counselling and support services for staff members and their families. The EAP is available 24/7 and helps with a range of issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and financial concerns.

 

BOE places a strong emphasis on physical wellbeing and encourages staff to stay active and healthy. We also recognise the importance of work-life balance and where possible provides flexible work arrangements to support employee well-being and family commitments.
